30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. No hassle, no hoops to jump through.

How It Works:

  1. Email us at hello@kaichi.store with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We'll respond within 48 hours with your refund confirmation.
  3. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Return Shipping Required We don't ask you to ship the product back. If your mat doesn't work for you, keep it or pass it along to someone who might benefit from it.

Damaged or Defective Products If your mat arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@kaichi.store with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items Digital products, such as the Acupressure Wellness Guide, are non-refundable once delivered.
